National Martini Day ~ The Classic
Remember that the classic is always made with gin so make sure to specify if you want vodka. Garnish with a pickled onion if you want to try a Gibson, Martini’s savory second cousin.
In a mixing glass with ice, stir 2½ oz. London dry gin with ½ oz. dry vermouth.
Strain and serve in a martini glass and garnish with green olives.
