Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I love celebrating with tons of food and tons of people!
Here are some of my favorite Thanksgiving dishes:
The perfect Roast Turkey I have found is by Alton Brown. Trust me, don't cook it all day like Grandma used to.
Go beyond green beans with Smitten Kitchen's Dijon Braised Brussels Sprouts. This is one of my favorite sides.
This Potato Mushroom Gratin is amazingly decadent and simple to make ahead. I add some Gruyère cheese to the layers because, why not?
I also love all the classics and have to have a can of jellied cranberry sauce for nostalgia, but my favorite is always the desserts.
