Coming to the end of their 16 week lobby overhaul, the boutique St. Gregory Hotel will be opening Tredici Enoteca at The St. Gregory Hotel this October. Inspired by various Mediterranean coastal regions like Italy, Greece, and Morocco, Tredici has named Carlos Aparicio as executive chef.
Signature dishes from the original Philadelphia location will be featured along with a variety of flatbreads, including gluten-free options, as well as a number of items from the raw bar including a daily oyster selection.

With decor finishes echoing the Tuscan countryside, the 60-seat space will include an expansive 30-seat bar and an outdoor patio area that can accommodate an additional 35 seats during the spring and summer months.
Tredici Enoteca at The St. Gregory Hotel is located at 2033 M St. NW, WDC 20036 ~ 5 blocks from either the Dupont Circle or the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro stops. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with weekend brunch service.
